  • How can I track my order?
    I will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order on the official website of shipment company.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after your purchase and you will receive it generally in 1-3 days for Calgary, Alberta and 3-7 days for other Canadian destinations. If you make an order to certain event or date, please, add additional a few week to be sure it will come before. We do our the best to send it asap to you, but can't shorten delivery time. We can send you via EXPRESS DELIVERY it's extra charge. Please, contact me for details! PLEASE NOTE THE COVID-19 SITUATION AND HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES. Quite often it takes more time to deliver order so keep attention and contact me for more details!
  • What if my painting gets lost or damaged ?
    In my experience I haven’t yet lost any painting in shipping or it was damaged. But don’t worry, if it will happen I can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept I can give you a partial refund.
  • Which shipment companies do you work with?
    In Canada as usual I ship with UPS standard or Canada Post.
  • Do you accept custom order?
    Yes, of course I accept custom orders: -oil portrait on canvas; -acrylic portrait on canvas; -digital portrait of high resolution ready to print it on canvas, paper or something else. You can order by: -clicking the “ORDER PORTRAIT” link on the Home page; -messaging me about what you are looking for, send me the photo of high resolution , and I can create a custom order for you; -all custom orders are non-refundable: only exchanges are accepted for custom orders.
  • When do I get my custom order?
    The deadline for custom order is about 3-7 days. Depends from materials and how busy I’m in this moment. For digital custom order it’s about 1-2 days (depends how I'm busy, if this is New Year/Christmas/Mother's day/Easter etc., may take longer if it is holiday time)
  • Do you accept returns? *Return policy
    Yes, I accept returns. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. If you want to return the painting, please let me know within 3 days from the moment the painting was delivered to you. In this case, you can send me the painting back within 14 days. The return of the parcel is carried out at the expense of the buyer. Refunds will be made after I receive the package and check the integrity of the painting. If the painting is intact, I will refund you the amount of the cost of the painting deduct the seller's payment for shipping to the buyer. I don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 14 days after the purchase. Custom-made products, digital items and goods on sale won’t be able to return.
  • Care instructions:
    1. To clean up an acrylic/oil art on canvas use a white cotton cloth soaked in a gentle soapy water; olive oil–based soap works wonders. Сlean up the art on the cardboard with a dry cloth. 2. Please protect your canvas/cardboard painting from high humidity or any heat source. 3.Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. If you would like to have an artwork in a sunny location , do consider having it framed behind a UV-protection glass. 4. Please make sure that your hand is clean before handling any canvas/cardboard painting. 5. Please don't use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas/cardboard painting. 6. Please don't place anything on top of the canvas/cardboard painting or lay your canvas/cardboard painting with the front facing down.
  • If you don’t have a PayPal account.
    You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account: 1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
